Middlesex County Divorce Records

Divorce records in Middlesex County are court records covering the legal process of ending a marriage in the county. Divorce cases in the county are handled by the Chancery Division (Family Part) of the Superior Court. Divorce records are generally deemed public records under NJ Court Rule 1:38-1.
